Malibu Farms
My Oregonian mom’s favorite restaurant after a week in Cabo. It’s very California-esque, light and bright.
Prices are extremely reasonable for an upscale resort establishment (drinks are not). I can certainly see the appeal but for us from SoCal, the farm-to-tables are a dime a dozen (but in a good way still – like as in there’s a Malibu Farm 20 mins away from my house). But for the on-property convenience and tasty fresh fare, it’s perfect for a healthy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Pacific
The gourmet Mexican concept – 4 out of 5. It’s all outdoors so it’s weather permitting with the heat and wind.
The skirt steak was phenomenal and the variety of salsas were 🔥. But the catch of the day “Veracruzana Style” was disappointing for being a highly recommended dish.
Nobu Restaurant
Lives up to the standards of its namesake + a stunning ocean view. No review needed. If you don’t know what I mean, Google the nearest Nobu and make a reservation.
Rumor has it that a steakhouse will be opening, but possibly not until 2021
